Eating Healthy doesn't need to be hard work or expensive. Try an omelette for lunch, the protein will keep you fuller for longer, therefore it will prevent snacking. Fill your omelette with plenty of nonstarchy vegetables, such as tomatoes, spinach, onions, mushrooms and bell pepper, which add vitamins, minerals and fiber to your meal and make it more filling.

This is one I made for lunch .... Chicken, spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. Took less than 5 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to cook.
