A little about me: Owner - Exclusive Fitness For Women I have been working in gyms for 15 years. I started as a trainee gym instructor at 17 years old working for a company called Fitness First. I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. My best friend (Kim) and I decided to set up Exclusive Fitness for Women in January 2006. 10 years later we still love what we do :) |
